The function of this machine is to put the label to the bottles and shrink it.
The main structures are:
- 1 feed screw
- 1 driving motor made in Taiwan
- 1 automatic height adjust system
- 1 label roll handing set
- 1 sleeve for label extension
- 1 PLC control system
- 1 touch screams for system operation
- 1 brusher
- 1 bottle conveyor made of stainless steel length: 5 meters
- 1 cutter system (cutting range: dim. From 50－98mm)
- 1 label forcing and detecting system by servo motor
- one drive belt for label stable and its width is adjustable
- one set of detector and sensor (Omron brand made in Japan)
- 1 steam oven made of stainless steel sus304, for label shrinking
