3、              It clips the bottleneck during the course of filling. And plus the function of centering cover,the bottle is well centered.So it ensures the precise sealing between bottle mouth and filling valve, and the liquid loss is very low. The sealing parts of filling valves and the pneumatic control parts are imported from abroad.

4、              The liquid level of the filling tank is controlled by a electball inspector which can inspect the liquid level directly.And through the main automatic liquid feeding valve, the liquid level of the filling tank is well guaranteed. Also, the value of the liquid level can be set as requested.

5、              It screws the plastic cap with high magnetic force which can be set and adjusted according to repuest, and is suitable for many types of plastic caps.

6、              Adopted automatic lubricating system and the design of full-open protecting structure, it is very convenient for operation and maintenance.

 

 

The bottle washing section is mainly composed of turn-up guide-bar,opening clippers cam,water distributing plate,clippers and others.

The section is installed on the work table,Its function is washing bottles inside.When PET bottle is send to the clippers of the bottle washing machine with bottle entering spider,the clippers grips the bottle mouth and rotate with the bottle washing machine,At the same time,the bottle turns up automatically.The bottle mouth turns from upper to lower,the spray jet of the clippers sprays sterilized water to the inside wall of the bottle.After it sprays for a time,spraying stops and the bottle mouth turns from the down to the

upper and is carried to the transferring spider.

   The filling machine is mainly composed of filling tank,filling valve,level control device,opening valve device,closing valve device,lifting device and others.

  After PET bottle is washed,it is transferred to the filling machine through the middle spider,The lifting device grips the bottle mouth and rotates round the filling machine and lifts with the cam,Lift the PET bottle to the position below the filling valve till the filling valve opens and begins filling.The seal loop of the bottle mouth under the valve seals bottles to prevent the liquid from leaking,

 The filling process is divided into four processes:opening valve and gas entering,liquid entering and gas returning,liquid full and closing valve,exhausting and resetting(The detail can be seen in the filling,Schematic diagram and the filling schematic drawing).After filling ends,the bottle begins falling to the start height,then it is carried to the cap screwing machine with the middle spider.

  The cap screwing machine is composed of frame,slide way,cap screwing device,transmission and others.

  The transmission of the cap screwing machine is drive to the gear by the reduce,the power is transferred to the cap screwing head through the hollow main axle.

  The up-to-down movement of the cap screwing head is carried out through the cap screwing cam.The cam is fixed,The cap is sent into the gear ring of the screwing cap head through the stirring device and slideway.When there is a bottle on the convey belt,a cap will move down with the rotating of the screwing cap head and screw the cap on the bottle mouth.
